Two years ago I traded in an X5 for a new X5 at Empower. I was impressed at the outset when Andy put the computer analysis on my car and we both looked at its conclusion. There were not major issues but I was impressed by the transparency of the process. The X5 that I got has run like a champ since. I feel comfortable knowing that he analyzed any car before he bought it and sold it to me. He wasn't buying a surprise and therefore would not be selling me a surprise.\r \r Since that time I haven't had much opportunity to service my vehicle here, as I live over an hour away, but he has serviced me. That is on multiple occasions I have called with a concern. Andy's advice has not only been right on the money but directed me to other people to address the problem more conveniently, first, recommending that I come to him only if I was dissatisfied.\r \r Now Andy is a smart guy. He probably knows that by putting people like the customer, first, that we will have a long time relationship that includes me putting him first. Well, he's darn right about that. more

My son's car was totaled while parked and we needed to get a replacement. Sometimes I am leery of smaller lots, but we saw a great Lexus on the internet located at the Empower lot. Andy was the most courteous, professional, and pleasant auto professional I have run across. He was incredibly honest and helped us during the purchase process. His primary focus was to make sure we were satisfied with the car and the deal. I could not offer a higher recommendation! Empower is first-rate and reputable, and Andy is great. more

Was referred to Andy at MPower a year and a half ago and I'll never go anywhere else. Amazing customer service and wonderful work. Once they even charged me less than what was originally quoted because the labor took less time than they had thought!!! When does that ever happen?! They are very ethical and their prices are very reasonable (believe me, I shopped around). I STRONGLY suggest that you call them and find out for yourself how great they are. (ask for Andy or Allen - they're my favorites there) Pros: ethical, great customer service, wonderful work more

Mpower couldn't have made this process any easier. They found out what was important to me, kept me informed of what was available through the auction, and took care of me like family. They guided me completely through the process, including all the paperwork and financing and even refunded an amount they accidentally overcharged on the registration weeks later (I would have never known about it!)\r \r I ended up with a beautiful, pre-owned car that is like brand new and I love driving... and I paid less than wholesale!! The whole process took less than a week from the time I called them.\r \r Andy and his team are awesome and I can't recommend them highly enough if you are looking for a great deal on a pre-owned vehicle with minimal headache and maximum value. Pros: Get treated like family! more

These guys are truly great businessmen and I would not trust my BMW 325 to anyone else. They're straight shooters, do great work, are completely honest and trustworthy, and are fairly priced, which is a rare combination of attributes for an auto repair shop. I expect to pay a little more for servicing because I own a BMW, but these guys make it a pleasure and ultimately, they're not that high in price... certainly a much better deal than going to the dealer. The first time I took my car in, there were things that they could have easily charged me for but instead investigated the possibility of it still being in warranty and sure enough, it was and that saved me over a thousand dollars. Another time, I sent my wife in to get some bulbs replaced and they dropped everything, did it on the spot and refused to accept payment for it. Way above and beyond the standard practice of auto shops, but these are the kind of people that I'm grateful to have found and they have earned my complete loyalty. Hence this glowing review! I hope they stay in business forever :) Pros: honest, trustworthy. Excellent service, fairly priced. Cons: I have not experienced any cons in my dealings so far. more

Beware of this ""Authorized"" BMW Service Facility. They are a fraud. The other reviews on this site were written by the Sales people themselves and the owner. I believed the reviews and a friend's recommendation. What I didn't know was that my friend only had their oil changed at this shop and never a serious repair. This shop took my money and did not repair my car. As a matter-of-fact, the car was returned to me in WORSE condition and I had to pay another repair facility to undo the damage they had caused and repair the car. I was without a car for two weeks! And my expenses mounted with the rental car I had to pay for. My friend that referred me to the dealership suffered similar problems with their car and I referred another friend around the same time that I had my car repaired and all three of us were ripped off. This dealership charged us with a ""computer diagnostics"" fee close to $100 each, not including the hundreds of dollars I paid them to ATTEMPT to repair my vehicle. Then, they couldn't repair it and kept giving me different estimates of what they THOUGHT was wrong with the car. What was the computer diagnostics fee for if they didn't have a computer tell them EXACTLY what was wrong with my vehicle??? Again, they ripped us all off. Beware. He will be straight up with you on what you need to do, as well as don't need to do, to keep your BMW in tip-top shape!\r I have been going to them for five years, even when I lived in San Diego. The service and knowledge Andy brings to the table is exceptional; BMW's are his passion and it shows!\r The dealership would have charged me anywhere from 30%-45% more on many of the repairs and services I have had done at MPower.\r I have had my BMW services done at MPower, repairs done at MPower, bought my tires for my BMW at MPower and ALWAYS leave a happy client.\r Also, Andy is exceedingly accomodating:\r I had to have my car towed there one time, and they stayed open to get my car in that evening. I've dealt mostly with Andy at Empower, and he's always been very transparent with telling me exactly what I need and don't need to do, and he's happy to go over my bill in detail and show me the parts he's replaced. He even offered to rent me a car last time, and when I declined, he deducted the price of the rental from my bill. These guys get the work done when they say they will, and I trust them. more
