First off, allow me to say I have never dealt with a florist as incompetent as this one. Not only did the flowers that I pre-ordered for Valentine's Day NOT GET DELIVERED, the shop owner simply made excuses when I spoke with him ove
When confronted with ruining my Valentine's Day, the shop owner/manager simply made excuses saying they were too swamped and the delivery man ran out of time. WHY WOULD I NOT BE NOTIFIED IF THEY WERE NOT TO BE DELIVERED!?!?! When asked, the owner simply stated there was no one at the shop and they didn't know they havent been delivered. What is absolutely the busiest day of the year, WHY WOULD YOU NOT BE PREPARED BY HAVING MORE THAN ONE DELIVERY GUY WORKING!? WHY WOULD NO ONE BE AT THE SHOP TO TAKE PHONE CALLS?!? WHY WOULD YOU NOT SIMPLY STOP TAKING ORDERS AFTER YOU HIT THE NUMBER THAT YOU COULD DELIVER!?!?
I am extremely disgusted with the way this place does business, and just as much so over how the Emory Village Flowers and Gifts owner/manager responded to my call, asking about the missing flowers (in which he initially said they DID get delivered, but backtracked after I insisted they DID NOT and agreed to me that they, in fact, DID NOT) and him making bogus excuses about why they didn't get delivered (See BOLD sentences in above paragraph)
If you want to deal with the most unprofessional, unsatisfactory, delusional, and incompetent florist in Atlanta, by all means, give them a ring. But if you don't want an important occasion, such as Valentine's Day, to be scarred by a $60 bouquet of flowers to not be delivered, then stay away from this Sorry-Excuse-For-A-Florist.
