If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I placed an embroidery order with our custom art as a gift for friends. It was well over $250 dollars, paid at the time I ordered. This is probably not a large sale for this company, but it was a pretty big chunk of change for me. The due date I was given was approximately three weeks off but still before the event at which I was giving them out. The day after the due date I arrived to pick them up. The person attending the store could not find them, took my name and number, and said she would have the manager call the following day, the day I was planning on giving them out. I did not receive any phone call so I finally called them. They had lost the colors for our art so I had to go back over the colors over the phone. I was told they would be ready the next day, I get there the next day and they're STILL not ready and won't be for a couple more hours, I don't think he started them until I got there. There's only one kid in the store, and by kid I mean somewhere between 14 and 16 years old, and he could not care less when this order gets done. I asked him to get the owner/manager on the phone. At first he refused because he was out of town but eventually did so. I explained my frustration and requested a discount. He refused and told me that the due dates weren't firm, that I should have waited for them to call me, and they held no responsibily at all to call customers if they aren't able to fulfill an order by the completion date that they provided. I finally got my order and to add insult to injury I was less than happy with the quality of the work, it wasn't what I ordered but there wasn't a thing he was prepared to do about it.
Cons: Shoddy workmanship, horrible customer service
