I have read the same fake positive reviews on several other sites. Apparently, the owner has friends plant them so that they will have a good rating. That's not such an uncommon practice in this world.
I am a real customer who has been using this facility for many years (it changed hands). The last time I went for a(current) rx refill for flea treatment, the dog groomer yelled in my face and used threatening and abusive language. He claims to be the real owner.
I don't allow myself to be abused, so I looked for other means of getting my (current) rx filled. The staff told me that it is their policy to refuse to verify any current prescriptions, so they must be purchased from them.
I have told the management of the yelling incident, they have not responded in any way. I guess it's pretty common for their staff to go off on customers.
