Very Professional!! 8/24/2017

Our central AC finally died- within 24 hours Ray visited and gave us several options. He was very nice and informative. I felt his quotes were fair and reasonable. He also provided written brochures that were very helpful.The men that worked with Ray to install the new system ( Byron and Derrick) were really great! It was a heatwave and they worked for most of two days to get us AC. They were polite and very neat- cleaning up everywhere they worked. I was so comfortable with them, that I went to work leaving them in my house. I would highly reccommend this company and am very pleased with the job. more

Excellent service, pricing and timing 7/7/2017

Found out I needed to replace my 30 year old air return and 15+ year old condenser - in other words the whole system. Elliot-McElwee's price was significantly lower than a price I had gotten from the 1st HVAC service company and included a detailed proposal. Installation was scheduled within a week of acceptance (July 4th week). Rey and his crew headed by Byron were punctual, neat and efficient completing the whole installation in one day. Elliot-McElwee was referred to me by a contractor I trust and I would highly recommend them for HVAC work. more

Robin gets our properties scheduled for service quickly and when it works best for us. She is also good at following up with a call when requested. Jason serviced both our locations accurately, honestly and timely. more

Scheduling the apppointment was easy. The service arrived on time at 8:00 am, which is impressive. Most early service calls by other companies are late. The technician was thorough and knowlageable. Your company installed our system several years ago and we're glad the service is in your hands. more

We have been using Elliott-McElwee for over 15 years for both service and new installations. They have always been dependable, courteous, and, most importantly, they know their business. Many of my neighbors have switched over to Elliott-McElwee and they are very happy customers too! more
