Very efficient, qualified, polite, and helpful. 10/11/2013

I think Elite Window Solutions did a good job on everything except communicating between themselves and they made some mistakes because of it. The roofers did a few things wrong that I had told them about, which interfered with the workers doing the siding. I had a dumpster left on my property for a month, which went between the roofers and the siding workers, when it was only suppose to be there one day and picked up the next. They took all my gutters down and put new ones up all around, but they were only suppose to do my front gutters. I actually didn't mind that, since I had only paid for the front gutters to be done. It was more work for them. As far as I'm concerned, they did a great job, but they didn't communicate with each other and they lost a lot of time and money because of it. more

This business completed installing new windows in my home a few months ago. Andrew was great with helping me find the right replacement windows, custom window grids for my round tops and screen tabs for the full screens. His installers came out, did a great job and made sure we were happy with their work once they were done. Whenever I called the office, Nikki and Shayla were so sweet, considerate and helpful, and always upbeat and friendly. These guys are a good group of folks to work with. more

I originally hired Elite Window Solutions in 2009 to replace one window. I hired them again recently to take care of the rest of my windows. I feel like they went above and beyond the call of duty. They were reliable and did a great job. I am very satisfied with their work. They replaced all 43 of my windows and wrapped the doors. Currently they are working on two 80inch elliptical shaped windows, then I have a palladium window, measuring 6 foot X 4 foot in size, that they are replacing as well. I feel like, they really try their best to accommodate me in every situation and I am pleased with this. more

This is a great company if you want cheap junk in your house. This company uses the least expensive materials and labor that money can buy. If this is what you want on your house, then you'll be getting what you pay for. Pray that you don't run into any issues because their customer service is non-existent. It's most likely worth paying a little more for a quality product and actual window company, than simply trying to find the cheapest crap in town. This is truly the bottom of the barrel in replacement windows - Do your self a favor and pay for a decent company that cares about quality and workmanship, and you will be much more likely to be happy in the end. more

Service needs help 5/8/2012

My window experience started off awesome. My sales guy was great and then the windows came. The screens were messed up and there were a few other problems. I was turned over to someone else for the ""service"" issues and had the worst experience I've ever encountered. I could not believe how I was spoken to, and later learned that was the owner of the company! His customer service skills are non existant and that is not how I would run a compnay that is service driven! In the end, the windows are they way they should have been but the service was not worth the price. I would rather pay more than to be treated like I was. more

Lovely Job 2/17/2012

I just wanted to drop a note about Elite Window Solutions. They did a lovely job. When they left everything was completely cleaned up and vacuumed. Each one of the young men who installed our job were polite and courteous. They were careful to shut doors behind them, even though it would have been easier to just walk on through and get it on their return trip. As ambassadors of Elite, they excell! The salesman was wonderful. I have worked on a sales team myself and he would have fit in beautifully. I would also like to commend Niki for tracking down my missing window and seeing that it got to Richmond ASAP so we could get the installation done sooner than expected. It would appear that Elite has the gift of finding and hiring the best. I will be continuing to replace doors and windows in this old farmhouse. All the work will be done by Elite. ...Annette more
