ridiculous return policy 8/9/2008

HORRIBLE return policy, I have no idea why anyone would buy anything there....I bought a LCD tv for about $800 bucks a couple of months ago. Within no time half of the entire screen was going red. I called to return the defective tv for another one and they said that it was out of their hands and I would have to deal with the manufacturer... Pros: good location Cons: return policy more

Absolutely terrible customer service. 2/25/2008

This is a terrible firm to do business with. I ordered a product which arrived with a broken component. I have been fighting with Electronic Express to get the part replaced for 2.5 months and all I get is malarkey. I can't tell you how many times they told me that the replacement part was shipped - or would be shipping that same day only to get nothing in the mail. I am so frustrated by the lies that I am now getting my credit card company involved to help me get a refund. Pros: None that I can think of Cons: Horrible post sales service. more

No returms possible 10/17/2007

2 weeks after buying my first ever MP3 player, it read ""disk error"" and was no longer recognized by my computer. I am diligent in my purchases: I save receipts, all literature from the package, and if it comes in a box, I save the box. This MP3 came in a plastic blister pack. I saved all the paper from it, but recycled the blister pack since it was no longer usable once you cut into it. I wanted my money back because the instructions were a horrible approximation of English and thus not usable and a USB based device shouldn?t fail like that. I was going to buy a brand that I could rely on and feel comfortable that it had English instructions. When I went in to return it and get my money back, I was told that I could not. ALL packaging must be returned or they can?t get their money back from the supplier. When I asked where this policy is stated, he pointed to the receipt, which you wouldn?t know of the policy until you purchased it. The policy wasn?t very clear. This is not the only complaint like this, see the Thompson Lane and Columbia, TN store comments. I suggest going elsewhere where they are more reasonable on returns. Cons: bad return policy more
