WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE\r
I have ever had. After trying to install items that I did not need, the service technician left the door in worse operating order than before! Could not even line up the sensors correctly, I had to do it myself.\r
THE WORST PART was how the owner Bill treated me when I called in. Wouldn't let me explain my complaint, instead told me all the things that I didn't understand. Told me that I was wrong and that I owe a bill of $95 for a service call that was worse than before. Unbelievable!
