i got a car about a year ago,and have had NOTHING but trouble from it , the customer service and managers.. i have had it in the shop 6 times and gotten it back destroyed and taped together.. literally!! my sales person was fired for stealing car payments, i was never sent my title and was told those charges are on my shoulders now.. managers constantly tell me " i dont know what to tell ya" and hang up the phone on me. im being charged for services when i have a 100% bumper to bumper "warranty" for a year.. nothing is what i was told.. now the main office is mailing me a letter saying im 2 months late on my payment, after i went to corporate about them.. shocking, i know.. ive never been late on a payment and it is harrassment.. i got a call a week before a payment being threatened about them switching my car off if i wasnt in there to pay first thing on my payday morning.. it's ridiculous!! now i have a new car, because the car they were selling me, i was told by many mechanics was about to lose the engine, transmission, and anything else that went along with them.. but im sure they will try to get the money from me, even after i return it.. i wont keep something they over charged me 7000 dollars on and would never fix!! i have pictures, letters and anything else i need if they wanna take it to court, but this is NOT a place to buy a car! they should be shut down!! nothing but lies, and crooked people! more

I was unhappy with serice, they just seemed to ignore you. I had my car for not even 2 months and I had transmissition problems and my window broke and I could not get it to go up. I had to cal 4 times to the service center to get my car looked at, I had to threaten to call my lawyer before someone called me back. They also tried to make me pay to get everything fixed. more

I purchased a car from this joke dealership and I'm having to give 500 over the cost of New for this car that has 100000 miles on it. I was two days late on my payment and this women from finance calls me saying that this is a new loan u can't be two days late even though its Christmas holiday and your off work for break. She is very unprofessional and she needs to go back to her job she came from flipping burgers I'm sure. I will never buy another car from here and please people do yourself a favor and don't buy from here either. more

They sold me a jeep with no oil in it. I took it to get checked because it was knocking and what do you know I almost blew my motor. It leaked coolant to the interior and the heater was rigged to work temporarily. They continued to pretend to fix the vehicle until my warranty ran out and now I have to pay out of pocket to get it actually repaired. I bought a car previously that was totaled by no fault of my own the previous payment was rolled over to this vehicle. BUY GAP INSURANCE! So now I am paying a new car price for a twelve year old vehicle that breaks down daily. I bought from eldorado because I had no credit this being my first credit purchase and I had no cosigner. I feel completely taken advantaged of an will have to comply unless I wish to ruin my credit. I hate El Dorado motors and would reccomend them to no one. more

Un freaking believable!! Just got a ride 2 mo ago and already in shop !! Between the two of us we've missed six days of work!! Still had to make payment while being stranded!! No comprimise'n more

I bought a car here about 4 years ago. I always paid on time and a little extra (which allowed me to skip a payment if I needed to.) They were always very friendly, always smiled and were willing to help if I needed it. I'm looking for a car now and fully intend on buying here again. I would definitely recommend El Dorado Motors to friends and family. more

These guys are liars I think they hire random people to stand around and act like current customers so they can give positive feed back to possible customers. We bought a car few months ago was told if u ever hv a problem with the payment call us we will work with you. We have paid every bill on time up till this month. My girlfriend quit a job for a better one, I went back to school to get my massage license and now they wanna come get the car. The account rep treated me and my girlfriend horrible. Made rude statements towards our sexuality and then had the nerve to insult us for being one payment which is one week about their customers no its all s lieits a li more

Good: I like that they are willing to work with me when I cannot make payment. My husband lost his job and they helped us threw it. Then the alternator went out in it and they put the cost on the loan. This company does have high interest but if your credit is bad what do you expect. I own an 06 Taurus and love it. Low miles too. If you work with them they work with you.. Bad: High payments. Improvements: online payments. Other: I would recommend Eldorado Motors to anyone that has credit problems. Also the down payment is low.. more

El Dorado has a horrible reputation in Tulsa for preying on the uninformed. They lure buyers who really don't understand the relationship between credit history and loan payments in, then give them a "deal" on a car that ought to be illegal. There car's aren't that great... the type you'd find in teh Bargain Post for $2000-$2500. But they'll charge $5000, and then "finance" half the car at 19% interest. Hopefully, if you're smart enough to be reading this and researching reputable car dealers, you'd know this isn't a good deal. But if you know someone who's talking about getting a car there, warn them to STAY AWAY! more
