In my opinion, El Toro is just a few steps above Taco Bell. I really haven't found a really great Mexican restaurant in Georgia, since coming from California where Mexican food is good even in fast food (El Pollo Loco). Honestly, I'd rather just go to Taco Bell because it is faster and cheaper. When I ordered beef for my burrito, I was expecting shredded beef. Got ground instead. Also their Chille Relleno is not really authentic. I ate the Chille before even noticing. That's how small it was. The price isn't bad, so I'd go again if I had to.
