The food is prepared the way it is prepared in Mexico. When you order tacos, they come with only cilantro and onions. If you like them ""American style"", they will accommodate you. Just ask for what you want. I love the steak tacos with cheese, sour cream and tomatoes. Their flour tortillas are really good.
