There are many El Farolitos. What unites them all is a commitment to staying open until ungodly hours serving the drunken, addled masses, so cruelly ejected from bars, looking to soak up the nights excesses. And what could be better at that pivotal moment than one of Farlito's signature quesadilla suizas with an horchata? Or a hulking super burrito? I always ask them to put extra avocado in mine, load up on salsa in little plastic cups at the salsa bar, and then proceed to prove my prowess by slamming the entire thing with gusto.
