I have a Country home in East County. Having water issues or any issues with the Pump in a Country dwelling that pumps the water in, or does not, is not only a cause for concern but is Dangerous. I sustained damages in the Cedar Fire and came to understand fully what being out of water can mean. Let's call it a Life or Death situation should fires be raging, or horses and dogs in need of running water and so on. Two months ago I was in a panic because my Pump ceased in working properly. I can list 10+ companies and Men with names that claim they are Pump experts who had no interest nor concern nor care nor knowledge on how to come to the aid of a Widow who was willing to pay a fair wage to just resolve the "Pump Issue" so I could have water available for my family and animals. On a personal note: I am still Not sure what's happened in this great Country where neighbors or even professionals have lost their way or their heart or even their conscience when it comes to helping someone in peril and great peril was what this was. With that being said, there was only one man and his friend who came to my Aid and finally after two months of anxiety and suffering these two men resolved my issue in less then a week. One man was JR from EL CAJON PLUMBING and the other was MARK MORENO from DELTA Q Company. JR apprised MARK and then MARK made it all possible by petitioning the owner of DELTA Q to help resolve this terrible dilema. My personal thanks to DEREK the owner of DELTA Q as well. It was brought to my attention yesterday by Shelly, the owner of EL CAJON PLUMBING that JR is a "counter man". Imagine this....a "counter man" who helped "jump start" into action a series of events that got my problem resolved when the actual "Pump EXPERTS" in San Diego county and North County could not or would not even help me, call me back or claimed they were "clueless" on what to do concerning my Grundfos Pump! Yet, most of these companies and men sell the Grundfos shame, shame on all of you and you know who you are! JR is just a "counter man"???? NO... MARK MORENO, JR and EL CAJON PLUMBING are the Experts! Do yourselves a favor and don't waste time when you have PLUMBING issues or needs having anything to do with PLUMBING El Cajon Plumbing when something happens and you'll get it done in a day instead of lamenting over it for 2 months. El Cajon are awesome, they took care of us down to the last detail. We did a kitchen remodeling and bought all kitchen sinks and faucets, bathroom sinks and faucets and new toilets from them. Cathy Jo Espezito was amazing, she was very knowledgeable about the products and able to direct to the customers needs very well. She is an amazing asset to the company. more

El Cajon Plumbing and Heating Supply was always willing to answer questions, which was great, but I really wish I could have been more educated. We were completely redoing our bathroom because of a sudden leakage. I was picking out new fixtures and didn't know how, and no one informed me about the new fixtures. For example, my old fixture would let you monitor and adjust the water pressure. I was so shocked when I used my new fixture and found that I couldn't monitor the water pressure the same way. I wasn't told that it would be different. I am also not happy with the Moen Eva collection they sold me. It spots like crazy. I was trying to look for chrome and got brushed nickel instead. It wasn't the highest grade I could have gotten, but if I was told that the Eva collection would spot, I would have upgraded. The wax they recommended for my fixtures didn't do anything to help. It was the same situation with the towel racks from the collection. I looked in the box before I bought and saw that the towel racks were plastic on the inside so I upgraded. I wish I had known it was going to be the same way for everything else. If I had spent $100 more, I would have gotten better quality. But the work they did in general is great, my bathroom looks gorgeous. The metal on the shower doors doesn't spot like the fixtures do. If I were them I would have gone through the customer's options from a-z, showing what you get at the lower and higher ends of the price scale. You shouldn't leave your customer uneducated, especially when buying fixtures, because it's not like you can redo or take out your fixtures in two or three years if you don't like them. All the work done was good but they should educate their customers more! more

Yesterday I was in El Cajon Plumbing & heating supply to do a complete remodel of all the bathrooms an kitchen in my home! The People who work there are very friendly an down to earth! :-)(they even serve breakfast mondays!) one of the ladies in the showroom helped me pick out everything I needed! I was able to get everything I wanted with my budget I was working with, for really good quality material!! There prices are extremely reasonable! I will definitely be refering people to shop here if they want good service an good price! this place is AWESOME!!!!!!! more

I am completely frustrated with my recent experience at El Cajon Plumbing. We have done business with them in the past, and they were okay. This time, the whole experience has been bad.\r \r My husband and I went into their showroom over a month ago to order some faucet appliances. A saleswoman just sat there ignoring us for almost five minues until my husband asked if we could get some help. She responded that ""she didn't know we needed help,"" and then took our order. \r \r We went over to the cash register, where we politely greeted the older lady, and not only would she not smile, she was borderline rude.\r \r It's now a month later, and we had heard nothing on our order, even though they promised a call when it came in (so I don't know how long it's been sitting there). When we called yesterday, we found that while part of the order had come in, they had not properly placed the order, and now we will likely be waiting another two or three weeks. In the meantime, our project is completely stalled. \r \r Very frustrating - I will not be going back there again!\r more
