WE JUST WANTED TO HAVE A NICE TIME WITH MY KIDS AND MOM, WATCHING DRAGON3 ON THE IMAX SCREEN, AT 8:45PM TUE 04/13/10. EVERYTHING SEEMED TO BE FINE, UNTIL WE REACHED THE TICKET CASHIER. THERE WAS A YOUNG LADY WITH BAD TEMPER. WHAT HAPPENED IS THAT MY MOM (WHO BOUGHT ALL TICKETS -IT WAS HER TREAT) GOT CONFUSED AND CASHIER THE AMC REWARDS CARD. THE CASHIER GOT FURIOUS AND GAVE IT BACK IN A REALLLLYY BAD MANNER. I FELT EMBARRASED FOR HER AND MY MOM JUST GOT A SMILE ON HER FACE APOLOGIZING TO HER (SHE IS 87 YO) THAT IS WHY I DONT GET IT!!! YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO HAVE A GOOD TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY, TO WATCH CARTOONS AT IMAX, AND JUST BECAUSE OF A RUDE LADY, OUR NIGHT TURNED A BIT SOUR.... NOT FAIR.... SCRIPPS RANCH RESIDENT. Only difference between IMAX and a regular theater is the price. Plus IMAX has more people in it so you get a crappier seat. My girlfriend wanted better seats in a regular theater after 5 minutes and customer service said too bad. more
