I have driven by this place many, many times and I have always thought: "Who in the world would want to put their child here even for one moment." You ask me why I would think that just by driving by.
Well, when you drive by a place it tells you a lot. The first thing you saw for many years was a small doughboy pool in the front - falling apart with a fence around it and weeds. This said to me that these people were sloppy with things in their front yard. How sloppy are they with things out of sight. The building has a dirty uninviting look also. It wouldn't matter how cheap their prices, why put a child in such a place.
