What Can I say.... I have rented with PMSI Edegerton Highland Apartments for several years now and Everything about this place is awesome. Julie and Karen in the office are amazing and wonderful people. They are always kind and always willing to help out to make sure that your living experience is the best! Tim and Will in Maintenance do a fabulous job and take great pride in there work. Anytime I need something fixed (which isn't often) They are there right away to take care of it. They are professional and never leave a mess. Julie is the Community Manager and Does a great job at it, She is always making sure that the policies are enforced to make it so her tenants enjoy a clean and comfortable living environment. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Karen is the leasing agent and what can I say she is a sweetheart ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond. The apartments are Very well Kept and always Clean unlike other apartment buildings I have rented in the past. Snow is Kept off the walkways and parking lot and in the summer the grounds Look Great, I have personally seen Julie out planting flowers. GREAT JOB ! I am moving to North Dakota for a Job Promotion and I REALLY wish they had properties there. I will miss it. If you reading this review you are already thinking about renting with Edgerton Highland Apartments.... Let me help you with your decision ...... DO IT you will not regret it.
