I chose this salon for my twice-yearly indulgent haircut. When I arrived, I was asked to sit in a waiting room that was far away from the receptionists' area. As a result, she "forgot" to tell my stylist that I was there until I went back to the desk area half an hour after my appointment was supposed to start. The stylist did an excellent job (her name is Nicole), and knew exactly what I wanted. The highlights weren't as noticeable as I'd hoped, especially for the price. While their price list says that highlights are $38+, that means that the stylist can set their own prices. My highlights ended up being nearly $60, and the cut and style was $33, bringing the grand total plus tip to over $90. Not a price I want to pay very often! Still, if you're willing to pay, you'll get a good cut with Aveda products.
PROS: Close to my home, an Aveda salon, good stylist
CONS: High prices, not clearly explained, poor receptionist service
