When we purchased our Toyota we traded a Saturn from the local Saturn dealership. The treatment we received at the local Saturn dealer in no way prepared us for the Eddy's experie...

My salesperson Jerome did an excellent job. I have used him before when I bought a 2006 Highlander. He is not pushy and I appreciated that. He was also kind enough to come over to ElDorado where I live and program the homelink and go through a number of things.He has gone out of his way to be helpful and I really appreciatethat. more

Pretty Good...but... 4/25/2011

bought a car there and saw the price go from 12,900 to 14,900 as soon as i said i was interested in running numbers. They claimed it was an error on the sticker...whatever. So i said fix the sunroof and replace a headrest and we got a deal. i figured it would even it out considering those sunroofs can be really expensive to fix and was assured that everything would be taken care of because they "valued" me as a customer. 2 wks later the sunroof sh@t out on me and when i brought it back to be looked at they went out of there way to tell me they had no idea who i was and that there was no proof of guaranteed service to sunroof at time of sale. so i left pissed. im not dumb...i get it...but they really could have left out the shady bs and either fixed it right the first time or did it right the 2nd time around and really showed me that they give just enuff of a crap. BUT the place is pretty legit. i will shop there again but i guess ill just keep my guard up even more next time. WATCH THE MINOR DETAILS OF YOUR SALE ANYWHERE YOU BUY. more

I felt really good about the deal 4/19/2011

I have purchased a number of new vehicles over the years, but this is my first Toyota and my first from your organization. Brian did a stellar job of initiating me to the Tundra class with a test drive in a vehicle equipped similarly to the one I was interested in, which was at a dealer out of town. When the time came to actually negotiate and trade, Brian enlisted Jorge's help. The two of them were attentive and responsive to me, and I felt really good about the deal we rewached. more

The best part of this for me was they didn't try and pressure a single thing on me. No extra services, parts, gimmicks, etc. They just did what I asked to them to do in a timely and reasonably priced manor. more
