I had Out patient surgery so I was able to go home after my Early morning procedure. Upon returning home, I recieved a phone call from my parents in North Carolina checking up on me after my surgery however I was still groggy from the anesthesia. My parents told they had ordered flowers from Ed Moore florist. They had inquired about the delivery. I told them I never got the flowers which angered my parents since they had ordered a couple of days ahead of my schedule surgery. I had someone call to inquire about the delivery.They were told a delivery was attempted but they would try again EARLY the following day. The person that was caretaker for me had made arrangements to stay until 1 pm so they could be available to get the flowers since I could NOT get out of bed. 1pm came & went with NO flower delivery from ED MOORE ( this was the 2nd- 3rd call inquiring about the delivery for that day). My parents had called @ 2pm to find out If I had gotten my flowers yet which I told them ""sorry, no"". Finally I called ED MOORE'S, even though I was still weak from my surgery to find out WHERE my flowers were? The women had the nerve to ask me to accommodate them to possibly set up ANOTHER time for delivery. I was appalled! This florist was not only negligible in their dutiesby being 2 days late & showed a complete lack of consideration for someone who had underwent an important medical procedure. I told ED MOORE florist I NO LONGER wanted the flowers & to credit my parents account. The florist said she would credit the account however just show what a lack of regard & how sneaky/unethical this florist apparently is/can be towards ""potential"" customers with an absolute unprofessional, inconsideration, they dropped off the flowers with a neighbor instead. My parents were disgusted! \r
THIS FLORIST WAS INCOMPETENT, INCONSIDERATE, DISRESPECTFUL, DISORGANIZED & RIDICULOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL! \r
THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT WAS MEDIOCRE, AT BEST BUT MY PARENTS SAID THEY WERE HEAVILY CHARGED FOR THE FLOWERS BY ED MOORE'S. RATING THIS FLORIST WITH 1 STAR IS ONE MORE THAN THIS FLORIST DESERVES. SHAMEFUL!\r
*** I HAD NEVER HEARD OF NOR DONE BUSINESS WITH ED MOORE'S FLORIST BEFORE THIS SOUR, ABSURD INCIDENT & WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER'S TO SEEK ANOTHER FLORIST. DENVER HAS MANY TALENTED, REASONABLE, PROFESSIONAL FLORIST TO CHOOSE FROM ...WITHOUT HAVING TO USE THIS RUDE, BUMBLING, UNPROFESSIONAL FLORIST THAT OVERCHARGES. THEY MANAGE TO TAKE A MOMENT OF JOY, SURPRISE & UPLIFTING BY RUINING SOMEONE'S DAY BY CREATING UN-NECESSARY HASSLES WITH THEIR BUNGLING, QUESTIONABLE METHOD OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & DISAPPOINTMENT. GO ELSEWHERE. BUYER BEWARE!***
