Sent in one 2-pc suit and a shirt to this dry cleaner. A pressed-but- still-dirty shirt & half a custom tailored suit was returned to me. When I approached them about it later by phone, I was asked to wait a couple days to see if the item turns up. I follow-up in two days as instructed. They tell me the other half of my suit is still missing. \r

I purchase a another custom suit to replace the one they effectively ruined by losing half of, bring it to their establishment & ask them to cover the\r
replacement/tailoring costs. I was told the manager was already away for the holidays & could not be reached by the employees. They wrote down my information and promised to have him call me. I received no such calls. \r

I've called them twice about the issue, & visited their establishment twice about the issue. I found their services appalling, & I feel slighted and ignored by them. It is hardly an unreasonable request that a responsible party cover the baseline costs of replacement for an item they ruin or lose, & to hold them accountable for a job well done on the items they do return.
