Richmnky,\r Maybe you should get your facts before you make comments that you know nothing about. EcliptixNet is a small WISP family owned and operated, so therefore have limited funds as all smalls business can understand. EcliptixNet takes their customers and the ""taxpayers"" dollars seriously. As far as Springdale, during the grant application EcliptixNet had to work hand in hand with the Town of Springdale and this community confirmed that Air-Pipe, LLC service was not available. You make it sound that the Mayor’s, Town council and supporting community members of these Communities have know clue of what is offered within their own community. As far as being a RF tech, do you also have experience in the requirements and process it takes to be in compliance with the CCGrant and Steven County’s many regulations for tower builds. EcliptixNet does and will continue to support and work with other WISP’s. \r more

Public enjoyment of the Publics air waves with Ecliptixnet. 4/1/2008

Airwaves for radio, TV, and Wireless Internet use are intended for the Publics benefit. This objective at times is ignored by commercial profit making ventures. Ecliptixnet is a exception in showing what can be done by one person intent on bringing high speed internet service to communities such as Springdale in Stevens County. \r Some commercial interests are carping about public funds being used for such a worthy venture. I as a person living in the Springdale area have for years looked for a highspeed vender who offfered service at a reasonable price. Those who could provide service did so at a price most working families could not afford. affored. That is until Ecliptixnet came along. I now have a excellent highspeed connection at a remarkably low price. Ecliptixet gets my thanks and support for bringing us out of the outdated dialup service. Compare prices for your self and go to Ecliptixnet's web site. Pros: Dependable and very reasonable Cons: Web Page could use some enhancements more

Might as well not exist 11/26/2007

This company has received 2.3 Million of your US taxpayers dollars, promising to build out internet to ares that they claim don't have any service. Springdale was already able to get service form Air-Pipe, LLC, and there two new grants were also able to get service form like company's. At most the existing company's would of had to add a single repeater. but instead they receiving federal money to build out there own internet company. As an RF tech. i have seen them build way more than just to there promised area, and none of it is in operation! or if it is where are there clients? they build right on top of other existing company's with federal money. FEDERAL MONEY! killing local business! On top of which they have a bad reputation of ignoring those that they build on top of, building without contracts Etc. In my opinion they should have there grants revoked, and have the money given to people who know what there doing. and that are already near completing there goal. Ecliptixnet is behind promised deadlines and even Springdale wants to know, WHERE IS OUR BROADBAND! Pros: They have money! Cons: It's our tax dollars being wasted more
