The only thing worse than having storm damage is when you find yourself trying to find a good contractor to do the repairs. In most cases you are flooded with storm chasers and high pressure sales techniques. I took my time and talked with my neighbors. I looked at their jobs and checked the BBB in my area. Eclipse Contracting was my pick. The general contractor, James Reynolds, was solid as a rock. If he said it, it happened! No excuses or switch offs. I felt like he had done me a favor, because of the quality of work performed and the professional performance of his crew. If I had to do it again, and I hope I don't, Eclipse Contracting is the best of the bunch! more

As he made measurements he also took photos so I could see what my problems were. When it came time for my work to be done they were on time, professional and. cleaned up when they were done. I. James Reynolds and Eclipse contracting worked for me to get a lowball insurance settlement for hail damage to my roof, siding, and gutter adjusted to an amount sufficient to complete the job.....the finished product looks amazing...based on other estimates I would have been out of pocket several thousand dollars if eclipse contracting had not reviewed and corrected the adjusters estimates...I would recommend eclipse to my family and friends more

They came and patched the roof to prevent further damage without being guaranteed the job. They worked with our insurance company to get the job completed to our satisfaction. The work was completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. They cleaned up after the job was completed. more

My insurance company wanted to repair my roof with shingles that didn't match what I already had. Since my shingles weren't made anymore they wanted to do patch work to my roof. I can't say enough about James Reynolds and Eclipse. James knew the code and law like the back of his hand. I would have given in to the insurance company if I didn't have Eclipse on my side. He knew my rights and we were able to get a complete new roof thanks to James and his crew. The work they did on my roof was fantastic, too. They were able to complete it in one day while I was at work. If you need a new roof, use Eclipse!! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!! more

During a recent storm, my roof started leaking, so I had several companies check out the damage and provide me with estimates. Eclipse Contracting was one of the companies I had researched to come out. The day after I placed my request for an estimate, I received a call from Marvin. He was very flexible with his appointment, and was able to work around my busy work schedule. When Marvin came out, he was very personable and professional. He walked the roof, took pictures of damaged areas that he saw and provided me a very detailed estimate for the work he recommended be performed on the roof. Although Marvin was there for an estimate only, he noticed where one of the potential leaks was and patched it, as a courtesy. I chose Marvin and Eclipse Contracting to perform the job because they seemed the most interested in making sure I was taken care of to the best of their ability. Marvin worked directly with my insurance company, and was there to meet the insurance adjuster as well, to advocate for me. After the insurance part of the project was completed, Marvin had his crew out at the earliest available time, weather permitting. Marvin’s crew showed up bright and early and was more than half way done by lunch. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned as they worked. The crew completed my entire roof before the sun went down. By the time they were pulling out of the driveway, you would have never guessed that they had just replaced my entire roof…except for the beautiful new roof! After the roof was completed, Marvin called and scheduled a follow-up to check out the roof and address any concerns that I may have had. I have already and will continue to recommend Eclipse Contracting for any roof issues. more
