A very thorough process, really efficient and excellent service. 3/25/2011

From getting a bid on the work to picking up my car when it was finished, the whole experience at Eastside Carstar was wonderful. Given that needing body work done in the first place is stressful, everyone at the shop was helpful, courteous and competent. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. My car was approved for repair on 2/22/2011 and was ready for pickup 3/1/2011 exactly as promised. The car was finished beautifully and cleaned inside and out. more

Like New Result 3/15/2011

I am very pleased with the result of my auto accident repair. The car was thoroughly cleaned and polished, inside and out, for its return. My only disappointment was that it took a few days longer than originally anticipated -- though I was warned the time might be extended once the work began and the full extent of the damage was revealed. Eastside Carstar Auto Rebuild went over and beyond what I expected. 3/15/2011

I was most pleased with the service Eastside CARSTAR Auto Rebuild provided. They took care of everything for me from dealing with the insurance to rebuilding my car, it was such a relief working with a company who cares about the person too. They did a thorough evaluation of the damage that was done to my car. Eastside CARSTAR was excellent. I really love their long history and really felt that throughout the entire process. They care about what they're doing, that's for sure. I got the estimate and how long/hours it would take to bring my poor, little 1992 baby back to life. Fred, who I worked with most, gave me a card so I could see the progression of my car. It took a tiny bit longer than expected. My car looks even better than before! I would definitely go back to them. 3/4/2011

Eastside CARSTAR Auto Rebuild was really good. They did a great job on my car. It looked better than it did when I brought it in. Well, obviously it looked better than when I brought it in, because it was pretty beat up, but what I mean is it looked even better than it did even before that. They did a really god job on the car. They've fixed my car before, so I would definitely go back to them. I guess the one thing I would say about them is that they're really fair. I would trust them again, and I have recommended them to other friends who were also very happy with Eastide CARSTAR. Eastside CARSTAR Auto Rebuild has very good timeliness. I definitely recommend them. They're very good! I had an injured hand and told Eastside CARSTAR that I wanted the work done quickly, and they did it. My insurance company recommended them to me, and I didn't know them before that, but the recommendation and how close they were to me, which was very convenient for me, factored heavily in my decision to go with them. Excellent Service, Rates and Work 1/6/2011

Eastside Auto Rebuild is the only shop I will bring my cars too. Years ago I used to get 3 estimates but consistently found Eastide Auto Rebuild to be the lowest and turn out the highest quality work every time. They also take the time to wash and detail the inside of my cars so they look like they were just driven off of a showroom floor. I have had some bad luck with cars in the past few years so I have gotten to know Eastside staff personally. They are courteous, professional, detail-oriented, prompt and efficient. They usually get the job done ahead of their quoted time frame. They source parts at discounted rates when available to save customers money. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. If you want reliable, quality work done at the most competitive rate and be treated like you matter come to Eastside Auto Rebuild. You will have a sense of relief when you see their work. more

excellent service 12/15/2010

I was very pleased with the repairs done on my Impreza. I had only had the car 3 mos before the accident. Another estimate from another collision repair facility was lower, but, as Tom pointed out, they were going to repair the bumper and it needed to be replaced because of the hole in it. Also the detailing after the work was done was fantastic. more

Excellent 12/15/2010

Carstar Eastside Auto Rebuild did a great job repairing (closer to rebuilding!) my Ford Explorer, after my collision with a tree. They communicated clearly and often during the repair process, and my vehicle was delivered on-time and very clean. I would highly recommedn them. more

My experience with CARSTAR Eastside Auto Rebuild was very good. I worked with Fred and Todd. I had a dent in the bumper cover of my 1996 Acura Integra, and I wanted to get it fixed. I talked to Todd, he wrote me up an estimate, and I agreed to it. I brought it in on a Tuesday and picked it up on Friday. It was a very quick turnaround. It looks perfect. I think they are very fair, and I think they very courteous. I didn't go through the insurance company, so I didn't have that experience. We have used them in the past on an accident where a lady slid into my wife's car, but that was a year or so ago. Her car came out looking like new too, so I would recommend them to anybody. more

Best Bodyshop 10/6/2010

This shop has worked on my Nissan several times. Unlike some other shops in the area these guys have provided me with consistently good work and good service. They have always been on time and on budget and I always get my car back cleaner than I brought it in. I've dealt with both Fred and Todd and they are always friendly and thorough. They also worked well with my insurance company. more
