Jan- Eczema was all over my body and so bad I couldn't sleep. I'd scratch all night & not sleeping only made my skin worse. It was red, itchy and flaky and sometimes it would get visibly inflamed everywhere. My body would be cold and my skin hot. I came to see Teresa and she treated me with needles and prescribed several herbs for the eczema and insomnia. She recommended foods to avoid and others to help my skin. There was always immediate results, but it took regular treatments to get completely cured. Now I sleep all night and hardly itch at all. I know I worry about ""stuff"", & that makes eczema and insomnia worse, but the acupuncture and herbs ""fixed me"". I still go once a month, for what I call a ""tune up"".
