I have lived in this apartment only a few months and I think I have had more annoyances with the office staff than all my other apartments combined!
First, upon moving in we were informed (because the leasing agent did the math wrong) we owed more money for our prorated rent and they needed it as soon as possible. Now, our gate to the parking lot is broken and will not shut - people that are going to the bars and restaurants around us are now parking in our lot. But when I called (3 times) to make sure they knew about the problem and to check on the status, they never returned my calls. When my roommate finally got someone on the phone, they told us just to ""be careful"" and ""deal with it"".
Also, don't expect to talk to an actual person if you call the office, the voicemail picks up no matter what time of day.
I love my apartment, but the office staff is bad enough to make me tell all of my friends not to bother and to check out other apartments in the area.
