The team from Earthheat successfully converted our oil heating system over to geothermal on budget and on time. To say we love the new system is certainly an understatement and given the price of oil these days, the timing of this conversion could not have been better. Equally important is the patience and determination displayed by the Earthheat team. Our project threw a lot of curve balls at the team and yet they worked the problems, one by one, and resolved them all. Their solution was elegant and efficient and in spite of the myriad of challenges and complexities offered by our home, that same solution, in the end, was elegantly simple, too. What resulted was a reliable installation that is saving us a money and grief, every day. My wife and I wanted to convert our home heating source to Geothermal, or Ground Source heating, and stop using oil. We had an excellent experience with Earthheat and a very successful project. Please let me explain.\r \r The planning, engineering, installation, and cutover went without a hitch. Also, We now enjoy free hot water as a byproduct of our geothermal heatpump. Earthheat understood our requirements, and worked with us every inch of the way.\r \r Anytime we had a question about anything, they were right there ready to help, very professional and customer oriented.\r \r As a general contractor myself, I've had years of experience to know and understand quality, and I'm very pleased and proud to show the craftmanship of Earthheat to anyone seriously considering ground source heating. \r \r All work was done according to estimates. In fact, due to my experience, there were several things that I felt I could do myself, and they were very flexible, allowing significant savings. \r \r If there were opportunities to save money without compromising the quality, they did not hesitate to help us. They use only the highest quality components. To many mistakes to innumerate. Over charged for hours worked. Nice people, maybe even good intent, but most customers probably do not even know they are being billed for problems these guys caused in the first place. Pros: Very nice people, do not be deceived Cons: Just about everything more
