Fake review 7/5/2011

I send all my friends and family to Cheryl at Centennial. Obviously the fake employee or even real employee has an ax to grind. Using Tim Tom and dom all on the same day makes it truly suspicious. I can tell u I drive 30 miles to have my car serviced and repaired by Cheryl because she is the most trustworthy advisor I have ever known. I could get my car serviced less than 5 miles away if that tells you anything about the quality of her service. The entire dealership is above board and very honest. I disagree with the disgruntled employee or hopefully ex employee if they figure out who is trying to sabotage the dealership. If u r looking for quality service I highly recommend Cheryl and Centennial Buick GMC. more

Incredible Service Dept. 6/17/2011

My GMC trans developed a problem on our vacation from Denver to LV. Babied it to our destination Pahrump, NV. Called on a Mon. & talked to Cheryl. Took the truck in right away and called me with the diag. before i got back to the rv park. Wayne rebuilt the trans, Cheryl came up with a bunch of discounts to help me out since my extended warranty had just run out, unknown to me, I am a master certified tech myself, with 40 plus years. I was very impressed with all aspects of my experience with this dealership. I highly recommend this dealer to all! Thankyou Cheryl and Wayne and the tech that repaired my intake gasket and the tech that did the oil change. Thankyou!!! more

Wow 5/10/2011

I thought the 1 star reviews were strange considering how overwhelmingly positive all other reviews are. Then I noticed that these 5 "different" users all had user-names which rhyme with "Tom" and all registered the same week. "tim p." and his sockpuppets should get a life and quit pretending to be employees/customers of a reputable business. more

l was reading some of the reviews below and one jumped out at me. i have been going there for about 2 years now for service. the person they are talking about i too have had to work with this person. the person belowe is right she never returns phone calls, she does yell alot at the people who get the cars washed and brought up to you. l have not had to deal with her on the sales part cause my vehicle is under warranty still but l was in the lounge area and there was a older lady there talking with her husband on the phone and she was saying how she doesnt and didnt trust the women. that every time she deals with her its like she is trying to take every penny the women had. the husband told her apparently to take the vehicle out and go to the chevy ... and one jumped out at me. i have been going there for about 2 years now for service. the person they are talking about i too have had to work with this person. the person belowe is right she never returns phone calls, she does yell alot at the people who get the cars washed and brought up to you. l have not had to deal with her on the sales part cause my vehicle is under warranty still but l was in the lounge area and there was a older lady there talking with her husband on the phone and she was saying how she doesnt and didnt trust the women. that every time she deals with her its like she is trying to take every penny the women had. the husband told her apparently to take the vehicle out and go to the chevy dealer that was less than a mile away. he said he felt that they had enough of courtesy and there not so courtesy people they have working there. l think once my car is out of warranty i to will try the chevy dealer. they work on the same engines in there vehicles should have no problem fixing mine!!!! more

i currently am working for this dealership in the service department as a tech. i am sorry to say and feel bad for the people who do business with our store and the lady service writer we have here. she does pratice wrong things when it comes to servicing customer. she also has the worst attitude and treats people with nothing but disrespect. i have scene this person lie to customers many times. i have also dealt with her when she asked me to fake a repair our say it needs something when it doesnt. this person should not be able to work her but she does. i think it would take many customers and people working here to leave for them to finally get it. its a sad story cause its a very nice store and good people here. and all it takes is one person to wreck it. more

conartist and liers 5/6/2011

l live in the centennial area and there is only one dealer out this side of town that is for Buick and thats courtesy, they also work on Gmc and some other products but l dont worry about those. When i bought my buick from them it was great, sales man was easy and finance was easy going also. i would buy from them again. but service. thats a hole different game. that place is like a crab shoot. you never know who your going to get and work with. there is a nice man that works there and a older gentel man that i have never worked with either, but the women i think her name is cherly she is terrible. people if you are going to set an appointment for service there and they set you up with her our she picks up the phone ask for someone else. she is rude and very dishonest with people. l have had 3-4 times i had to work with this person and everytime i ... only one dealer out this side of town that is for Buick and thats courtesy, they also work on Gmc and some other products but l dont worry about those. In January 2010, I bought a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership. I really enjoyed working with Brandee Miller, Tom Gloster and Jade Wolters. I never felt at any instance that I was being pushed or forced to make a decision I was not comfortable with. Tom was very patient and flexible. He was so nice that he let me take the car (used car) for a whole day so that I can show it to the mechanic. He did not even ask for any collateral. Brandee & Jade were very prompt in getting back to me. I will definitely recommend Brotherton to all my friends. more

Great Shuttle Service 9/2/2010

My wife and I had a problem with our air conditioning. They could not get the required part until the Monday after I took it to them. They went out of their way to get me a loner car for us until they could repair the AC. They have a shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off from office to home. more
