On 2/25/2009, the cable service went out again. Nobody answers at their office or 800 number. If the rumors are true and the company is bankrupt, why didn't Eagle West let their customers know. It's very bad policy to just shut down the cable service, close their office doors and disappear. Since I live in a small community that doesn't have another cableTV service available, it's not fair when the only one disappears without any notice. Lousy business practice.
