hey... actually was looking for small HD (I like the 2009-present Iron 883's and the new 48's) gas tanks damaged beyond repair. Normally may be tossed out but the wife and I have turned some into cool planters for a variety of plants. So maybe you can still make a little off these and I can get a few to keep the wife busy. more

I'm sorry for your guys bad experience and I would like to say thank you for the comments so i know how to make you and future customers visit more helpfull and more enjoyable. I see oldaddy posted dec 29 2011 I am sorry for the missed phone calls we were out of town that week to celebrate christmas and new years. As for the starter its hard to compete with Ebay and the deals you can find there normaly when you get an electrical part from us you get the assurence that it works and if it dosent we would gladly exchange it out for another. And to clear things up we do NOT have a towing business. As for customer satisfaction I am sorry for that I normaly try to help the customers out the best i can. To jqivlit23 I am sorry you had a bad experience as well. Most of our motorcycles sit in that yeard for about a year at the most, and due to the florida weather with out high humidity and lots of moisture things corrode and rust faster, and for the quanity of motorcycles we have pushing close to 600 having two yeards and a warehouse its hard to keep them all inside and under cover. Just because its rusted on the out side every thing on the inside is covered in oid so the chances of rust are very little. But the best thing to do is bring a jump box or ill lone you one and you can hear the motor turn over. And yes being in the business for 35+ years everything is paid for so we are not going anywere anytime soon, as for the depending on the customers aditude your right we are a business and thats why florida allows us to refuse to service anyone who we do not feel confortable about. If you had a shop and someone came in and you did your best to help them and tryed hard to please them and them still were not satisfied how would you feel. Normally if someone is not happy I would gladly poind them in another direction there are NOT many salvage yeards in florida only a few, We are one of the BIGGEST in florida, and yes Ebay is a good place to check. To all who have posted and to all who have read these comments or had a bad experiencs I am truly sorry. With the start of a new year I would like to start fresh I hope for everyone to be happy and have a good experience with us. Have a Happy New Year more

Business? 12/28/2011

Trying calling and nobody answer the phone. What kind of business is this. Called a few weeks back about a starter and they wanted to charge $150 plus the core. Turned around got the same part off of ebay for $79 plus shipping. NO CORE! I still have it sitting here. I can't believe that they actually call themselves a business. Customer satisfaction? Really? Where? I guess they take the word customer as a joke. You can see just from the other two post. Guess I have to start looking for a real business. They make there money buy raping the customer and there towing business. more

HORRIBLE! 11/6/2011

This place is a joke. $500 for a motor might seem ok if it was in good condition. But then you realize that all their bikes are outside and not covered. Who knows how long they've been sitting out there. The majority are so rusted (including that $500 motor) that they're basically useless unless you spend more to submerge them in rust remover. This guy obviously has enough income doing something else because he doesn't need the business at this place, that's probably how they've been around ""35+ years"". You're better off checking out another salvage place or even ebay. And when he says ""While some say were are difficult to deal with that depends on the persons attitude"", newsflash buddy, you're a business as in you should help out your customers, not treat them like crap. more

While some say were are difficult to deal with that depends on the persons attitude and in some cases we might be high on prices mainly because its what we have to get. when most of you come in you will most likely deal with me. and yes we do except exchanges of some prices value, but its best to sometimes make sure your getting the right part before buying it unlike jaja75 wrote. Also we do watch are customers for safety and assistance when needed. A lot of the times we might have the part you need but if we don't I will gladly point you in the right direction. now I'm not saying we are the only salvage yards out there but there are very few and well after 35+ years of business we must be doing something right. if you have a problem I will gladly straighten it out with you. if you have any doubt call the shop more

Difficult to deal with 5/6/2010

When you find what you want in their lot, their prices are non negotiable nor are the posted and seem arbitrary. They will not accept returns when I didn't need what I purchased which was fine but I wanted to exchange for what I did need, the next day after I got it. They also stand over you like a prison warden as you work on getting the piece you want. Surely there are better salvage yards out there Pros: They probably have what you need Cons: They are inflexible and their customer service skills suck more
