I'm sorry for your guys bad experience and I would like to say thank you for the comments so i know how to make you and future customers visit more helpfull and more enjoyable.
I see oldaddy posted dec 29 2011 I am sorry for the missed phone calls we were out of town that week to celebrate christmas and new years. As for the starter its hard to compete with Ebay and the deals you can find there normaly when you get an electrical part from us you get the assurence that it works and if it dosent we would gladly exchange it out for another. And to clear things up we do NOT have a towing business. As for customer satisfaction I am sorry for that I normaly try to help the customers out the best i can.
To jqivlit23 I am sorry you had a bad experience as well. Most of our motorcycles sit in that yeard for about a year at the most, and due to the florida weather with out high humidity and lots of moisture things corrode and rust faster, and for the quanity of motorcycles we have pushing close to 600 having two yeards and a warehouse its hard to keep them all inside and under cover. Just because its rusted on the out side every thing on the inside is covered in oid so the chances of rust are very little. But the best thing to do is bring a jump box or ill lone you one and you can hear the motor turn over. And yes being in the business for 35+ years everything is paid for so we are not going anywere anytime soon, as for the depending on the customers aditude your right we are a business and thats why florida allows us to refuse to service anyone who we do not feel confortable about. If you had a shop and someone came in and you did your best to help them and tryed hard to please them and them still were not satisfied how would you feel. Normally if someone is not happy I would gladly poind them in another direction there are NOT many salvage yeards in florida only a few, We are one of the BIGGEST in florida, and yes Ebay is a good place to check.
