Please understand I am not a person that likes to write public review however I experience the worst customer service ever.
Recently found EZ Washer to deliver a washer and dryer, they said they would notify me of a 3 hour delivery time.
They did give me a 3 hour window however it was not until late afternoon and I was in a dinner busniess meeting and a breakfast meeting and didn't checl my VM, MY BAD... I own that.. life is hectic during a move and juggling business..
The breakdown
I saw that they attempted delivery and called back to reschedule, however the redelivery fee was $40, which I was willing to pay a redelivery fee however the original delivery fee was only $25??? this was punitive... fair is fair but...
Then a supervisor said why don't you just give permission to get the key from the apt mgt? I said great idea why wasn't I offerd that option yesterday, I would have done that? ""Well sir you were? no I was not? well sir the BOB was checked off and MY GIRLS never make mistakes and I am not arguing with you sir...
Maanm I am not arguing, I just want to pay the regular delivery fee and not be unfairly penalized..
Well sir I can tell that you will never be happy..

I just want to be treated with dignity not as a liar and engaged in argument, customer is king? right? I know I was not given that option they argued argued....
well i went on craigslist and bought a new refurbed set for $200...done
Unbelievable.
I owned my part... why doesn't EZ own theirs?
