Editorial review from Citysearch 9/8/2013

This is a sad tale to tell. I had used the local business for many years for shipping and my ebay business and had been quite happy. The owner, Gregory Miyazov had always been helpful and tried to save me money whenever possible. \r \r The problems started when I opened up a PMB and starting getting packages from amazon. Amazon would show them shipped and he would say he didn't have them. I'd have to go back time and time again to get my packages. Finally, one 800 dollar package actually NEVER MADE IT. I asked him about it and he said it never came in. But when I contacted UPS he had signed for it HIMSELF. When I confronted him with this he denied it even when I showed him HIS signature. Basically he said go ahead sue me. This is after having done business with him for almost a decade. There is no way to do a change of address on a PMB and recently, I realized that friends were sending my birthday gifts to this old address. I called him to see if I could make arrangements and he said ""so you use me for service and don't want to pay?"" to which I said, ""you can't expect me to give you another dime after you lost and 800 dollar package"" and it devolved from there.\r \r In summary, this place is probably fine for shipping. But DON'T GET A PMB BOX HERE. THEY WILL LOSE YOU PACKAGES AND YOU WILL HAVE TO SUE THEM IF YOU WANT CONSIDERATION. Because UPS considers the package ""signed for"" your shipping insurance will not cover it.\r \r Also, they forget to bill you then get scream at you that you didn't pay. This has happened to me and several other customers I've witnessed fighting with him about it. They also yell at you when you get a lot of packages, complaining ""This is not storage"". So, the don't like it when you actually get mail at this mailbox.\r \r I expect my birthday gifts will also not make it. I'll post an update if they do.\r \r 8/28/13 I called today to see about my packages and he said he cancelled it and hung up on me.\r \r 8/30 - JUST GO EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM AMAZON THAT HE SIGNED FOR ALL OF THE PACKAGES. Some on the 26th and some on the 28th when he said he cancelled them. Now, I've haven't received over $1300 dollars worth of packages. more

Fast, Cheap, Efficient, and Courteous Assistance 6/18/2008

I am very happy with the service. Really simple and easy transaction. Very small little store in the corner of the shopping center. Just needed someone to take a few links out of my new watch. The gentleman helped me right away, did the work and only wanted $3. I know this is a simple task, but most places charge you at least $10 to do this because it takes away from doing other things. Pros: Fast, Cheap, Courteous, Great Service more
