We used Dynasty last year for a function, liked the service, so we called them again for a limo. Got a call a HALF HOUR before the limo was to arrive, told there was a problem, but they were sending a van that would fit more people than the limo,, based on last years experience i said ok (what was i supposed to do 1/2 HOUR before we had to leave to get to boston on time). Van arrives, it was a POS. We had 9 people to fit in a 12 passenger van, plus coolers. Even without the coolers the van did NOT comfortably fit 9 people. To fit we needed to put the jump seat down in the back. I sat on the jump seat, crammed in with the coolers. ? Think school bus bumpy - We get in and get going and just keep noticing more and more - the seats were ripped, the van was dirty, the back panel over the wheel well was broken, the lights were broken, no cup holders, no amenities you would expect in a limo. They had cleaning cloths from RUB-A-DUB car wash to use as napkins!!! Now that was a classy touch. The driver was very apologetic, owner of the company not so much. She decides to call when we are halfway to Boston to try to explain and ?fix it?. She did eventually say she would try to get another limo for the ride home,,, didn?t have that ring of sincerity when she still maintained that the van was just fine, wasn?t dirty, wasn?t broken, use it all the time. My answer,, don?t bother, but please understand that we will not be using your company again.
