This owner has makes you believe he has good intentions, but truly he is a horrible businessman and will never make good on the products you order. Stupidly, I gave my credit card and paid in full before shipment of the product. The product never came and he took my money. Awful feeling. I even read the aforementioned negative reviews, but I chose to believe the other reviews that someone was plotting against him. Please do not order from this company. It is a scam!!! more

This appears to be a very elaborate scam! Duval charged my card at the time of ordering, and the product never shipped. They have never once answered the phone. I had to call my bank and file a fraud case! more

Do not order from them -- they will take your money and never send furniture. I ordered a coffee table online without having read prior reviews (my fault). It was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Three weeks later, I had received no email, no shipping confirmation, nothing, and my online account status still says "Processing." We have called six times during business hours -- three times, we've gotten no answer, and three times, the person who answers is unable to help us and says she will call us back. Not surprisingly, we've heard nothing. After quick review of Yelp and Google reviews, I realized that this place has taken money from several other people and never sent furniture. At first, I worried that their cheap prices meant that the furniture would be crap; I now realize that it's just a fake site. They should be prosecuted. more

Actually quite surprised by the prevuous review of the customer who might be a scammer, who knows, or just he wanted to ruin the reputation. Anyway, in my view people who have bought furniture at Duval know that the place is really a bargain for the quality European designer furniture. I've been purchasing furniture there for almost two years already and every new piece is really gorgeous! Buddies, do not pay attention to those who prefer fake replicas from China and leave negative reviews here. more

Look at their Google reviews they all made within few days apart….. This is part of the LaFlat.com group scammers owned by Leo the Russian. They have a warehouse operation or from an office building. They used to have stores in Boston that got closet by the state. BE AWARE and don’t trust them even if they are nice to you. They claim they will sell you furniture direct from Asia but they just post nice pictures and wait 12-14 weeks so you can’t cancel your credit card and then they will send you whatever they have just to get your signature that you received this item. Do yourself a favor and but from a real retailer. more

You know sometimes is so hard to find good mahogany tables that are really authentic and not replicas. Duval modern furniture in NYC sells genuine products from European manufacturers. THis is TRUE! I have already checked and their furnishings are just perfect and affordable as well. more
