Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park

We go to Pennslyvania every year, but never made it to Dutch Wonderland until this year. I thought it was great! My younger daughter and even my older son enjoyed all the rides. I thought it was only for little kids, but they had bumper cars, a couple of small roller coasters, and lots of other rides that he could go on. I loved the Sky Princess roller coaster. We must have gone on that thing 10 times. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the admission price which I thought was kind of high. For about the same price you can go to Hershey which is much bigger. But if you are in the area and want to take the kids to have fun, this is wonderful. We went for the free preview the night before a couple of hours before the park closed and we were able to go on a lot of rides in just those few hours. We enjoyed the Frog Diving Show and there were a few other shows for the little ones. more

Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park is a wonderful place to spend your day! We first went there many years ago when our children were young. The park is very very large and has a ton of rides. There are rides for young and old alike. You can easily spend the entire day from morning to night there. Lots of shows and good food to eat. You can just sit and relax for awhile if you want. It's in Lancaster, PA and there are many other places to visit in the area while you are there. We stayed overnight in a hotel so we wouldn't have so much driving after spending a day of fun. It's a nice family place. more

This is a much more family orientated park than some of the bigger parks in the area. The rides are geared more for toddlers (3-5) and young children. The park is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The service received from ride attendants and the general park staff was great. The ticket prices are a tad on the high side but parking is free of charge which evens it out. more
