Dunns towed my car and it was on their lot from Friday night to Monday morning. When I went to pick it up I noticed that the clock was at 12:08 indicating that the battery had been disconnected or drained. When I asked about it I was told that they had to jump the car to get it started.
I drove it the 1 mile to work and parked it. I knew that the distance/time wasn't sufficient to re-charge the battery drained by the mis-handling of my car (drained battery). When I called to discuss that they give me a jump when I was ready to go home I got excuses, lies, and a definitive "No". The"reasoning" was that they didn't know what aftermarket parts I had on the car and that they didn't feel that they were responsible for the drained battery (they had it for 3 days - who was responsible?) Another excuse for not being honorable and providing ONE jump was that they thought that I may misuse this and request this jump service more than the single time I was requesting.
THE CAR RAN AND STARTED UP UNTIL IT GOT TOWED. Who was responsible for the drained battery?
After having the car jumped (at my expense) the car has been starting just fine.
