I've been there a couple times and ordered take out a few times from this duffys and I loved it. They have great drink specials, their servers and entertaining. They have excellent service always asking how everything is, the view is amazing. They have TV's everywhere. And the food is delicious. I'm not a big salad person. But I've had their strip steak salad, and their cobb salad and they were awesome!! The cobb is definitely my favorite. more

I went for first (and only) time. I ordered a pasta/pesto dish. It said on menu that you can also add on a caesar for $2.99. So, I asked the waitress to add on caesar. When the bill comes, it is $10.99 for the caesar. My friend got "potato skins" and hated them. They were quartered potatoes (not skins) that looked like they were microwaved with a bit of cheese sprinkled on them.\r Basically, I like to eat out alot. But, I won't tolerate when the prices come back on the bill way higher than on the menu. That is theft as far as I am concerned. I just don't ever go back. more

So, it was my first trip to this Duff'ys this past weekend and the 1st thing you need t know is that the place is huge and you can have a great time. They have the flat screen TV's all over the place as any Duffys would but the place is right on the intercoastal and they have an awesome deck on the water and a swimming pool with a DJ pumping out the music. The music was loud so the outdoor area by the pool is definitely for the party crowd vs someone just wanting a drink and a meal. There were lots of people getting off boats and coming up for drinks. The service was absolutely slow but the fun crowd made up for it when I was there. You would think that management would want to promote faster service so they can make more money! I will be going back but for the fun times to be had vs the quality of the food and staff. more

We visited Duffy's on a Monday evening while visiting Miami and it was our favorite meal of the trip. Our server, Lauren, gave us great menu recommendations and provided outstanding, quick service. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and rivaled any good steakhouse where we live. We will be going back. more

i went this past saturday with my gf and although there was about 40 empty tables, the host told me that there was an hr wait??? i went to speak to a manager and she told me that she promises it wouldnt be an hr, but she wouldnt explain why i couldnt get a seat in one of the 40 empty tables. After about 20 minutes or so, i left to a nearby flanigans where they always have seating, friendlier service, and better prices (take notes, duffys). more

My co-workers and I go here for happy hour once per month for happy hour. I love the appetizers and of course the drinks.\r \r The service could be better, but for just happy hour to unwind from a stressful week this is the place to go. more

the place rocks all day and night , the food is moderately priced , decent , it has gorgeous women , staff , friendly also , great waiters , the management is always friendly and very accomodating , theirs great djs , bands , lots of space , pool, all the liquor for the lushies , the place has set sunny iles on fire ,,, honestly no one rocks down here like duffys , and as far as the negative people with thier lousy reviews , its because nothing makes them happy , more

put it this way , if it werent for duffys on the water sunny iles beach would be as boreing as ever , this place and their bubbly staff from the duffy girls to the great managers to the food , party music etc , has brought so much to this area , if they make a mistake in serving , the automatically make sure it was corrected with great manners and friendly service , the place is all about good times u go duffys and also anyone who write long negative reviews is probably always miserable , and expects everything , just look at all the other positive ones more

I think "Brent Jones" and "Syed" are some sort of competing restaurants or ex-employees! I've been to this (and many other) Duffy's many times and can say the food is very good and the service comparable if not better than area restaurants. As for the frequent diner club, it's a free card that you can build up points for $$. I have a silver one and it's a great program. Just ask. Maybe Mr Syed and Jones should step up their game and increase their quality instead of resorting to posting false reviews! P.S. Go Fins!!! more

We've been to Duffy's new location in North Miami Beach a few times now and I can tell you with clear certainty that both the service and the food are horrible. Yes, the place is huge with a capacity of more than 700 with a great sportsbar scene on the Intracoastal with loads of awesome TVs, but that's the end of it. That's it. So if you like drinks and big TVS and an increasingly Ghetto crowd, that's what you have here. If you love good food and good service, then this is not your place. Seriously, the food sucks. Chili's, which has declined in recent years, is still heads above this place. And that's a pretty sad statement. Every time we've been here, our order gets screwed up and the long wait and empty-headed teen-age waiters are slow as molassis and always rely on an equally subpar representative of its management team to apologize for the kitchen's continuous mishaps. Went there a few nights ago and my steak came out raw. Not even rare, seriously this was just sliced off the cow. I ordered it well done. A complete joke. When they returned it (30 minutes later after my friends already completed their meals), the steak looked worse than dog food and the waiter couldn't stop apologizing for this meat's peculiar formatios and said not to worry that she would take it off the bill. She even called another waitress over to see if she could explain why the meat looked so weird. And then another apology with a promise to take it off the bill. DUH? HUH? If you serve a customer horrifying food, not only do you remove it off the bill, but you offer something in its place plus a dessert. None was offered. Just an empty apology and my empty stomach leaving this place for the last time. The sad thing is that they've invested so much to make this a cool sports bar and that it is, but the lousy food, lousy service and increasingly cheeseball crowd overlooking the low quality service and food will eventually shut this place down. I feel badly for the Duffy family as this is their first Miami location. Oh and just try making a reservation here. They never call you back and they won't take a large reservation unless you belong to their frequent diner club. Yep. Great customer service (not!!) They act like they don't need your business because they've gotten off to a busy start. But my prediction is this place will be closed within 24 months. The Dolphins have a better chance of winning the Superbowl than this place staying in business. And that's what they are not going to get anymore of my hard earned money. more

I've gone to this location maybe 4-5 times now since they've been open. Dont get me wrong this place is appealing to the eyes, but I think thats all it is. I was there last night and yeah the place was busy, but that shouldnt be an issue for a restaurant that has 24 locations and should have the best service there is to offer. First of all, the server taking our order was frustrated already because he had a 3 table section with maybe 6 at each table and he kept on going on about how 3-4 servers walked out on the establishment because they couldnt handle it. Besides that, we start to order our drinks and he kept disappearing, he would start taking the order and then someone from another table would call him and he'd walk over to them and start taking their order. After we ordered our drinks, it took about 15 mins before they came, mind you that we also asked for menus when he took our drink order, which we didnt get until he came by the table again to see if we were ready to order food. We ordered just the sampler to start with, bad idea. Everything on it was greasy, the wings tasted as if they were fried then cooled down and then fried again to serve, gross! The mozzarella sticks were soaked in an oily bath and were uncomsumable. Okay, enough with the food, just say it was like eating at the Ale House again. When we ordered our second round, the server took the order and came back to the table ,maybe 5 times in 15 mins saying that "the bartenders suck" and "they don't know what they're doing back there" and so on and so forth. He looked really agitated with the whole thing which made us very agitated as well. When the drinks finally came out, half of them were wrong and made incorrect to the way we ordered them.\r \r I think I am going to stop here because it just gets worse and worse. Just to add to it, the Managers were no where to be found. It took about 20 mins for him to bring out our tab and another 10 to swipe our card and return it. more
