Look, I know and you know that your purified water of unnamed origin doesn't taste as good as Arrowhead's spring water.
But I switched to you because Arrowhead's customer service was poor. I thought that you, knowing that you had an inferior product, would at least make sure that your customer service was top notch to make up for your product deficiencies.
But no. Was I mistaken.
You see, in the 9 months I've been with you, I can't remember the last time I was actually delivered what I ordered. It's usually short by one or two 5 gallon bottles every month.
And all those times you've overcharged me? Not cool. Then when you promise to credit my account for products not received, that means you put money back INTO my credit card, not take out again the amount you promised to refund. That's called double billing.
So I'm switching back to Arrowhead. I thought their service was poor but yours is just incompetent. And if I'm going to have to deal with idiots, I might as well have good tasting water.
Or, better yet, maybe I'll just buy a Brita Water Filter. It'll cost me about 2 weeks of Sparkletts service in total, it's environmentally friendly and, let's face it, I'm pretty much drinking the same thing, right? Purified tap water?
I dunno. Maybe your people are angry because they have to drive around in those sequined trucks like every day is Mardi Gras. Just a thought.
Anyway, it's been good to chat. Come pick up your empty bottles sometime. I'll leave them on the curb.
