Alex came in, made his assesment, submitted his estimate to my insurance, which they immediately accepted. Then it was right to work, cleaning the smoke damage, carpets, walls, he even went above and beyond and cleaned as much of my contents as he could. Was totally flexible and came on a Sunday night to setup the air treatment overnight stuff. The job was done right, was done quick, and I could not be any happier with his service. Thank you Alex!
