I signed up for the monthly carwash plan. After a couple months I went to cancel online and found that it couldn't find my information. I call the store and speak to Brandon who asked how he "make me smile today". I explained the situation and he went to confirm my info in their system. He found my name, my exact vehicle, and the last 4 digits of my credit card. But the information that was wrong was ONE digit of my phone number (a 9 instead of a 4) and my email address (he literally entered gibberish). Apparently the kid who signed me up just messed up that info and it blocks me from cancelling my monthly. When Brandon tried to tell me that it was "obviously someone else's account" I was in shock. When I asked for his manager he yelled at me like a child. I then spoke to Janeesa who also was fired up stating that since I had the wrong information that I couldn't cancel my account. They want me to come into the store to handle it. What a joke. I had considered VIP passes for our company trucks but will pass now.
