Our daughter bought an Acura MDX from Drive Auto Center and raved about her experience, which is highly unusual when you're talking about a used car dealership. Doug & Dan were outstanding in providing courteous & professional help to my son who was looking to replace his totalled other car. They were also very fair in negotiating a deal that he could afford. Their dealership is clean & orderly, and they have good quality used vehicles based on the test drives we experienced. There was a problem with the vehicle right after he bought it, but Drive Auto took it right back into their repair shop & fixed the problem for us. Definitely highly recommended! more

I went to Drive Auto with the intent of only test driving one of the cars I had seen online. After the test drive, they voluntarily (without my asking) showed me the CarFax report, as well as a history of how long they had the car and what was done to it. I decided to purchase the car for a number of reasons. 1) courteous and friendly 2) very transparent with the vehicle's history and cost 3) they left me alone during the test drive 4) I really liked the car! Interestingly, I had been to another dealer earlier that weekend and test drove a similar vehicle, but I got a lot of the head games and gimmicky speak that gives car salesmen a bad name. The experience at Drive Auto couldn't have been more different, and I would suggest and recommend that anyone looking for a used vehicle should at least put them on your list. Ron and Doug were both a pleasure to work with. more

I could not believe how thoroughly Drive Auto Center (specifically Doug Hopper) are decided to customer service! They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase - even days AFTER we signed all of the paperwork. The office is very clean and well appointed, which shows just how much they care about their reputation and our comfort. We had our two toddlers with us while we shopped and did all of the paperwork, and they were both super content the entire time b/c the staff provided snacks and toys for them. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Looking around the lot, I saw only high-end and well maintained cars. I will definitely come back to Drive Auto Center for my next car purchase and would recommend them to everyone. more

I'm a detail-oriented guy, so I searched all over, and Drive Auto Center has been astronomically good. I've referred probably 12, maybe more, people to them. It's very difficult to find a trustworthy car dealer, and they've gone above and beyond not only to earn my trust but to keep it and maintain an incredible reputation with the friends and family I've sent to them. Anytime there's mechanical issues with our car or questions, they'll either get them fixed or direct me to a good mechanic, and they always manage to resolve the problem. They've gone above and beyond in making that an easy experience for us. We have bought two cars from Bill Smith, who's one of their main sales guys: a 2002 Honda Accord and a 2005 Honda Pilot. I also sold one of my trucks through them. I was selling online, but they actually sold it faster as a consignment and were able to do that better and quicker than I could. I've sent them my boss, colleagues, family members, and people from my church. All these people except one have bought a car. Drive Auto Center has beat the price and service of everyone around. Bill has a tried and true track record, and they're just great. more

I have bought two cars from Drive Auto Center. I went to them initially because I knew they specialized in 4-wheel drive cars. I originally bought a used Subaru, and I noticed it had a small crack in the front. They offered immediately to fix it and cover the costs. When the damage ended up being more serious, and the repair costs were $1000, they did not ask me for a penny of it. They stuck to their word even though I had nothing in writing. They honored their statement and I fully trust them because they continually do so. I have been using them for 3 years now, and I now have a truck from them (as I decided the Subaru was too small for me). Use drive auto because you can trust them-They are absolutely honest, and they give you a great deal. I spoke to sales about what I was shopping for in a car and they called back periodically over a month with different options until I found what I wanted. They made me feel like I was not some random stranger. They seem to really know me and value me as a customer. more
