The office never picks up the phone! I made an appt for a cleaning and realized later that day that I had a conflict in my schedule so I called to change my appt but the phone went straight to voicemail. I called every day for the last two weeks and no one picks up the phone. Finally after a week, I left a msg and it's been a whole week since I left a msg and no one has called back!
