It's a long story but suffice to say I was promised a compressor would be replaced under warranty the same day but when I didn't go for the three hour sales pitch to upgrade I was then told it couldn't be done until the following day. With the house in the 90s we had to spend the night at friends only to return the next morning to find a message saying they wouldn't be coming that day either.
I spoke to the GM who told me the sales tech had ""over promised"" and had been told to tell me they were fully booked. When I asked why the rep hadn't called and why, if the GM assumed that I had been, he was calling me a day later? Reply, ""I don't know."" I was then told it would be impossible to find another company to do the work that day unless they were, ""A one man outfit with nothing to do.""
When I did find another company, Longhorn A/C, who came within an hour and were great, I called Air Rescue and left a message canceling the next day appointment. I still got a message the following morning saying a crew from Air Rescue was on its way!
As a company Air Rescue in my experience are only interested in what they can sell, us dubious sales techniques, do not keep their word, and are generally incompetent.
Cons: That's what they use for sales technique.
