Austin Air Rescue really excelled at service on my A/C checkup & water heater . Will use them over and over again! Explained everything they were about to do and helped me understand it. Try them,, you'll see. Tyler flushed the water heater & Marc climbed into my HOT!! attic to get the job done. I recommend them highly.! Great service 7/13/2010

I had a clogged AC condense pipe. Called Air Rescue. They came within 1.5 hours, fixed the problem right away. The technician is really helpful, and also gave me advice on what happens if it clogs up again in the future. I'm very happy about the service. Free duct evaluation 7/8/2010

Austin air rescue was very friendly and curtious. Mark explained the intake air problem that my unit was having in laymens terms, which helped me understand why my system was not pushing air as well as it should. The price is a bit high for the fix though. Pros: HVAC knowledge,curteous technician Cons: cost more

Superb Customer Service 7/6/2010

The team at Austin Air & Rescue Service were friendly, fast (as we called them at 11 pm when our air went out) and they definetely know how to fix and service your system! The air conditioning professional they sent did not leave until after 2am when he had finally fixed the problem as we have a 9 month old and could not go the night without cooling the house. He also came back the next day to make sure that the system was cooling properly! Pros: Fast friendly service, day or night!! more

Great service, but pricey 7/3/2010

I had Austin Air rescue come out to set up a new service contract for my AC and Heat. The technician was on time and performed a thorough and professional assessment of my system. He found that I needed to increase my return air so he prepared a quote for doing this. I thought the price was high, but needed the work done the next day so I accepted. The next day they came out 15 minutes early and completed the work within the time estimated. I was charged about $1,300 for replacing a vent duct, installing a new return air grill (requiring punching a 36"" x 24"" hole in my wall and adding a 36"" x 24"" opening for increasing air reaching the new return air grill. The work took 4 hours, with the carpenter working about 2 hours and the AC technician the full 4 hours. Pros: Great service, on-time, knowledgeable Cons: Cost more

I contacted Austin Air Rescue today at 10:30. They were able to come to my house by 1:00. Marc was our technician. He was amazing! He communicated well and very thorough in his explanation of the work he did and future work that would need to be done. Very kind and thoughtful as well. Mark came to my house after hours to just give me a free second opinion. Very fast and knowledgable. The ""other company"" said I would need another indoor coil. Friendly Techs 6/22/2010

The tech that came to my business was friendly, knew his stuff, made sure he didn't mess up the building when he cleared my line. I had a clog in the drain line from my AC which was causing a leak from the ceiling. Kevin came out, assessed the problem, cleared the line after making sure it drained outside so there was no mess. Piss poor company and liars to boot!!! Every time they come to my house, it's $600 or more to do something. The employees here are commission paid. Their check depends on what they can sell me. They made a couple of mistakes in diagnosing our problem, but they did an outstanding job making up for this. This was absolutely the best service of this type that we have ever received anywhere. I spoke on numerous ocassions with their techs and even with the owners, all of whom were great professionals. Pros: Honest and fulfill their promises more

my drains were backed up in my entire home & the company i normally used didnot answer their phones nor did they return any of my calls. I called drain & air rescue, I spoke to Diane not only did she let me know how much she appreciated the opportnity to earn my business she gave me enough information on their ""Service Partners club membership for both plumbing & ac that I signed up over the phone & had an instant saving of $20 plus 15% on my sevice call. this was all done prior to Santiago (my technician) getting to my home, whch by the way he was there in 45 min.
