Best Furniture Surgeon !!!! 4/18/2012

I recently just had my leather sofa reupholstered by Dr Sofa and they did a really outstanding job. The technicians came to my house and were VERY POLITE and professional; they took the time out to actually treat my sofa as if it was their own. Not to mention, there excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs reupholster work done to their sofa. Thank you so much Dr Sofa!! more

Miracle Workers!!!!!! 12/13/2011

I received my sofa this past Thursday, but brace yourself, this is undoubtedly the smallest apt a sofa like this was ever squeezed into! Gotta love NYC living! I had to call Dr. Sofa and they chopped it up in the hallway for me. Was very painful to watch, but it’s still like brand new. They’re like surgeons. They reinforce everything when they put it back together, and you can’t tell anything was done to it all.\r They completely cut it in half, walked in the pieces, and reassembled it! All in about 2 hours.\r I sm very happy thanks to them I was able to get a beautiful sofa for my tiny apartment. If you see yourself in a jam like this, give these guys a call, they'll help you more

Spectacular customer Service 4/15/2011

I came to Dr.Sofa a few months ago desperately needing my antique sofa taken apart to fit into my manhattan apartment i moved into recently.Once I called them I was informed that they also did reupholstery.I had my couch reupholstered and reassembled.Their service was amazing.Definetly a place to consider if you want your furniture handled with care and repaired with a greaT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. more

Outstanding... Dr. Sofa sent there men to my apt within 2 hours of my frantic call... I thought it would be a problem with my 8 ft. sofa bed.... they had it apart.. in my apt. and re-assembled within 45 minutes... Truly Amazing! 2/24/2011

We have been using Dr. Sofa for a while now and I just really want to say how truly amazing they are! We have used them to fix old furniture, reupholster, disassemble, and even make us a custom sectional sofa. Max has really been great with all of our furniture needs. The team has always been on time and professional. The work is unbelievably perfect and they leave our apartment cleaner than it was before they arrived! Thank you Dr. Sofa!!!! Shlomi: I must tell you that I am totally impressed with your company. Not only was the workmanship excellent. You guys did a perfect job. There were a couple problems with the way my couch was put together, which caused some delays. However, Kathy was on top of the situation, handling it with ease and professionalism. Imagine just buying a sofa and it not fitting into your home, It was an evening delivery and my 2 year old and I were in a dilemma, our couch would not fit into our home. I rushed to the internet, baby in arms. I think I used sofa won’t fit. Up popped Dr. Sofa. There 24 hour service line received my call. Their team of technicians arrived in about 45 minutes. Right there in our hallway they astonishingly took our sofa apart. Once they brought the sofa into our home and put it together. It was quick and painless. Prompt, clean, efficient, polite and courteous. Yes I would tell my entire neighborhood about Dr. Sofa. more
