I was called today from their office. A woman left a message asking I call them back. When I did I gave her my name and said I was returning their call. She asked for my name. She asked if I was a patient of Dr Lao. I said no and asked if they were located in New York. She hung up on me! She called me (same voice on message) and hung up! I called my dermatologist to find out why these people were calling me, since apparently she didnt want to explain it. RUDE. more

Never Again!!!!!!!! Zero bed side manner 1/16/2013

Please be ware of Josepha his assistant. She is load and rude, she will talk down to you with out thinking twice about doing so. Dr. Lao walked in the room and said what you are here for? with out any introduction. He never once got close enough to take a look at my face never touched me. It was a very hostile environment. While the doctor asked me questions his body guard Josepha stood behind me with her arms crossed as if she had some where better to be. I wouldn’t return to this establishment if he was the last dermatologist on earth. He saw me for a total of 3 minutes. more

Very good dermatologist! 9/2/2005

Dr. Lao (his full name is Dr. Pairote Laochumroonvorapong) is a very good adult and pediatric dermatologist. He takes his time with patients and is considerate and listens to your concerns and does his exam carefully. You don't feel rushed in his office and he is very approachable and has excellent credentials and is of course, certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Recommended. more
