Dr. Hattar Dental And Orthodontics

As I was leaving a review for an experience I had for another company, I came across this ridiculous review about Dr. Hattar Dental. What I found to be so ironic is I was at my initial appointment and I witnessed this situation first hand. One thing I will take from a review now is don?t believe everything you read. The office manager who was very patient as well as professional handled the situation ideally. The office manager went over and beyond to help the patient, including calling the patients insurance, per the patients request. Once she had the insurance on the phone she asked if they would explain the situation to the patient. The patients refused to speak with his insurance. I feel as though the patient felt embarrassed by his behavior and was placing blame on the Dr and staff instead of himself. I can tell you as I was sitting in the waiting room both Dr. Hattar and the office manager gave a clear explanation as to what he needed. However, the patient did not want to pay h more

However, the patient did not want to pay his $7.00 copay for what he needed and wanted just what he could get free! I personally took some great information by just over hearing this conversation.
