Anger management; that was the reason I needed to see a psychologist. I was constantly furious without any significant reason and every time someone said or did something I did not approve of I would just explode. I tried yoga, I tried religion, I tried all sorts of alternative therapy, but nothing seemed to do me any good. This was until I met Dr. Brett. At first, I was getting angry just seeing how calm he is, but as time went by I understood that he is not the enemy. I was the one who was destroying my relationships, my life, and everything I have worked on. I recommend Dr. Brett to everyone that has anger issues because his patience and his positive attitude will help you calm down and see things clearly. Also, being in the company of someone who knows what your next step will be is awesome because he also knows how to stop you from doing it if he thinks it is something you will regret.
