Dr. Cohn is the one you need to see! 12/20/2016

My first visit here I very impressed. The lobby was clean And the receptionist were professional. I had to have a root canal done and I must say Dr Cohn was very gentle and most important I didn't feel a thing. Before I could blink he was done in no time. He's very efficient with hardly no wait time. He has such a nice bed side manner.. Looking for a professional and efficient dentist Dr Cohn is the one you need to see! more

The one that answered from the answering service was nasty, sarcastic, with the personalit of a slug. The ads say there is emergency service availabe but apparantly that's not true. When I asked the woman said , NO THERE ISNT, NO THERE'S NOT. Yikes, she was very, very rude and sounded scary. more

I read these bad reviews of dr Bradley Cohn it is so not true I was just there and had teeth cleaned the receptionists were very nice and friendly it is the cleanest dental office I ever been in. The equipment is so I tech .i was very surprised.dr Cohn cleaned my teeth it was the cleanest they ever been .took time to go over all my X-rays with me and they were all on the computer . You might have to wait .when someone is good as dr Bradley Cohn it's very worth it . I will be back and send all my friends and family to him. He has me as a patient for ever. Thankyou joe more

This was the worst dental care experience of my life. I arrived on time to my appointment, and was first greeted (if you could say that) by a cold, unfriendly receptionist. I filled out the paperwork, and then she proceeded to ask me the same questions I had already answered in front of the entire waiting room--including personal medical history. The waiting room was cramped, with not enough seating for all the patients, and I had to wait for an hour. When I was finally called back to the exam room, I had to wait another hour before I was seen by Dr. Cohn. During my wait, I had plenty of time to notice how dirty the room was, as well as how outdated the equipment appeared to be. The woman who took my x-rays made a comment about how the dentist was in a ""bad mood"" today because they ""were so far behind."" I also heard a woman in the room next to me sobbing. Looking back, this was one of the many red flags that I should have just up and left. Finally Dr. Cohn came to do his exam. Being in my late twenties and having moved a lot, I have been to quite a few dentists. This was the first time the dentist has ever done my cleaning, and not an assistant. Dr. Cohn started aggressively scraping at my teeth and gums, and I was in immediate pain. Mind you I do consider myself to have a pretty high pain tolerance, and I do expect some mild pain and discomfort when going to the dentist, but this was excruciating. When he paused, I said, ""That hurts a little,"" still trying to be a polite patient. His response? ""Oh, it hurts a lot. But this is the only way I know how to clean teeth. I'm cleaning as well as probing. Sure, if a hygienist was cleaning your teeth it'd be gentle."" He actually said that, with no apologies or no change in his method. While he continued to ""clean"" my teeth, I was struggling to hold back tears of pain. He also made comments about how if my husband and I had children, he's love to see how their teeth looked, implying they'd need a lot of dental work done because of my previous cross-bite and some of the work my husband has had done. After he was done, another cold, seemingly angry hygienist came over with a cup of water for me to rinse. My first few mouthfuls of water I spit out were absolutely full of blood. I was queasy and light-headed. I got out of there as quickly as I could, and as soon as I left the office, burst into tears. My gums were so swollen and I was in a lot of pain. I have never been treated with such disrespect in any sort of healthcare setting. I immediately called Dr. Cohn's office to cancel my 6-month check-up. The same, cold receptionist just said ""Okay"" and hung up, not asking me why I was cancelling or if I wanted to reschedule. No wonder the people that work there are so miserable. They have an awful boss, and you can better believe I will never set foot in that office again. more

RUN AWAY, do not walk\r \r Waited in the lobby for over an hour, then in the chair for another 45 minutes. Finally Cohn comes in to clean my teeth. Is it just me, or has nobody else had the DENTIST actually clean your teeth? This explains the long wait. He then proceeded to talk about his shoes, and tell me how horrible my commute was to work while mining for coal in my mouth. I have never bled so much at a dentist in my life. They scheduled a followup appointment for 6 months out, my wife and I called and cancelled on our drive home. Wow. more

great experience 10/3/2011

I went to Dr. Cohn with the worst pain in my tooth. The doctor took great care of me and made the procedure painless as possible. It was a very positive experience especially for someone who dislikes the dentist. In the end I had to get a root canal, supposedly a terrible experience but with Dr. Cohn it was not terrible at all!,, more
