Do not ever use this place. find a different dealer for your service. There are plenty of them aroundTerrible service and rude service people right up to the service manager. Bought a "certified used promaster van. After 3 weeks the windshield wiper motor stopped working. I called for an appointment and was given an appointment for a week and a half later. I told the man on the other end of the phone that I needed my van for work and it was going to rain. He told me, with a very nasty attitude that it hasn't rained lately. So I brought it in for my scheduled appointment. They had the vehicle overnight and told me that it would be ready the next day at 12:00. So I scheduled a job for 2:00. 12:00 came and went and I never heard anything. I called them at about 1:00 and they told me the part had not arrived. I went there to see what was going on and the service manager flipped out on me saying " do you see all the cars I have here ". Well how many cars they have there is really not my problem especially after I waited a week and a half for an appointment. I had to call my customer and cancel the job I had scheduled. So they finally got the part and I got my van back the next day. The serviceman told me that they had broken a retaining clip while replacing the motor and that they would have the new clips in about a week. That was 3 weeks ago. I have been calling every week to see if they have the part in yet. I called today and they told me to call back in a couple of weeks. Really, a month and a half to get a simple part. I give up. I ordered the part myself and will receive it in 3 days. I am in the service industry and I would never think of treating customers the way I was treated. Lose the attitudes and do your job. That's what you get paid for. I will never go here again. more

Fixed my car where others failed 8/17/2006

Now I "KNOW" that Auto Dealerlerships are notoriously highpriced when it comes to car repairs, but I've had experiences with places like Firestone Complete AutoCare that have alomost ruined my car. I would strongly recommend that anything having to do with engine work such as Timing-belt or water-pump or other Engine Related repairs be taken to a reliable and competant Dealership. I have a Chrysler that has always served me well and it is now up over 100,000 miles. Local repair shops could not install the water-pump properly and that lead to a ruined distributor, busted radiator and hoses and thermostat and radiator cap and on and on and on . . . Other shops have even ruined the installation of the, all too critical, timing-belt and rather than fix it they told me I would need a new transmission. Dover Dodge and Chrysler discovered that the timingbelt was off a tooth or two and that the hydraulic "tensioner" was all that was needed to get my car up and running, good-as-new. I'd recommend taking your car to them and paying the little extra rather than having to go groveling back to Firestone Complete AutoCare to have them address the damage that their shoddy workmanship did to my vehicle. My wife's car is due for a water-pump; timing-belt and a check engine-light issue and I'm not wasting my time with Firestone Complete Autocare or other repair shops on such a critial service. . . . . We're calling Brian and Joe and scheduling an appointment. more
