I have traveled extensively over the years, and this is very disappointing. I was told the incorrect place to park when I could have more easily gotten to my room from the lobby; there was trash still in the trash can; there were pretzels and other trash in the bedroom by the window curtains (I asked the front desk the next morning specifically where to clean but when I returned to the room it was still there -- as was hair on the bathroom floor).
I was told the ice machine on my floor was broken, so I would have to use the one on the floor below. It is clear on the opposite side of the hotel: not a short walk. There is a hole in the tub wall by the spigot -- which leaks constantly; the toilet paper dispenser is not mounted properly and the hole is too large (it seems like it will fall out when you 'pull' to tear).
The tile grout is mildewed; the tv's are too small and the rooms' furniture -- while nice -- is too large and cramps the area. Oh, and the fridge is barely cool. Add to that $10/day for hi-speed internet access in the room? Ugh... glad the company is paying for this! A warm cookie can't fix all the mess.
